Colorwork refers to knitting with multiple colors. Though the term can encompass several stitch patterns, such as simple stripes, Fair Isle, slip stitch, marling and intarsia, all use multiple colors. That’s good news for stash-busting knitters. This class will concentrate on changing colors, stranding, maintaining tension, dealing with multiple yarn tails and yarn management. Beginners may wish to work with 2 or 3 colors while advanced knitters may be ready for more numerous challenges. Pattern suggestions will be discussed at the first class for scarves, cowls or hats.
